There is a fee for White Glove delivery, with terms and conditions applying upon delivery. Most models are shipped in 1-3 boxes stacked on a pallet. In cases with multiple boxes, the main chair body will be in the largest box, while smaller boxes typically contain the arm panels and footrest. Given that massage chairs weigh between 200 to 400 pounds when fully assembled, you may need assistance to bring the boxes inside.
